Shipping Policy

• We currently deliver orders across India.
• Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized products may require additional processing time depending on the personalization requested.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location, product availability, customization requirements, and courier service.
• Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through your registered email address or mobile number.
• Giftsonvy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details while placing the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. Free delivery may be available on eligible orders as per the offers displayed on the website.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns may be considered only in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product received significantly differs from the confirmed order.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately with photographs/videos showing the damage.

After verification, Giftsonvy may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products
• Products made specifically according to customer instructions
• Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Products for which the return request was not raised within the specified period

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
